Refund & Cancellation Policy
At asiNetwork, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, e-commerce, and IT consulting services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our services.
1. Service Cancellation
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via connect@asinetwork.in.
- Requests should be submitted within 7 days of service initiation.
- Certain services, such as marketplace onboarding, advertising campaigns, or web development work, may not be eligible for cancellation once work has started.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are granted only if service delivery has not commenced.
- If partial work has been completed, charges for the completed portion will be deducted.
- Once campaigns, advertisements, or digital services have been launched or delivered, refunds are not applicable.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Any transaction or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary cooperation for service delivery.
- Delays caused by the client may affect eligibility for cancellation or refund.
